  • Visual inspection, noting hose arrangement and condition of hoses and regulator housings.
  • Intermediate and cracking pressures checked.
  • Dismantle and clean all metal components in ultrasonic cleaner. They are then washed in hot water to neutralise the cleaning chemical, and dried and laid out for assembly or replacement.
  • All plastic and non metallic parts are thoroughly washed and cleaned in warm water and a mild detergent. They are then dried, and laid out for assembly or replacement.
  • All units are assembled with new “O” rings and any other parts that need replacement, using in moderation, the appropriate food grade silicon grease.
  • The intermediate and cracking pressures are set to the manufacturer’s specification.
  • A dry and a wet test are carried out, to ensure there are no leaks.
  • The unit is then pressurised for a time, and is monitored to ensure that there is no IP creep.
  • Finally, the regulator is tested in our on site pool.
  • The service is now completed and guaranteed - the regulator is returned to the customer.
